Position: Master’s Level Behavior Consultant (BC)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans based on assessments.
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients enrolled in the Medicaid waiver program.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training (10 CEU’s per year).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to meet clients in their homes and/or community locations.
