Position: Master’s Level Behavior Consultant (BC)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans based on assessments.
- Provide direct behavioral services to clients enrolled in the Medicaid waiver program.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training (10 CEU’s per year).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to meet clients in their homes and/or community locations.
