Hi, my name’s Charlyn. I’m a Behavior Analyst with a Master’s of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Family Studies from the University of Kentucky, but my experience goes far beyond the classroom. I’ve spent years working with neurodivergent individuals from age 2 to 50, applying evidence-based strategies in real-life, complex situations, including my own.
I grew up with sensory processing challenges, and long before I had the language or training to describe what I was experiencing, I was already learning how to manage it. I’ve used behavior strategies not just professionally, but personally, sometimes out of necessity, often with grit, and always with the goal of creating more space for people (myself included) to thrive.

I’m also a mom, a woman who’s had to navigate a lot of roles and expectations, and someone who knows what it means to work hard for progress that isn’t always visible at first. I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, but I do bring a strong foundation of clinical skill, lived empathy, and real-world problem-solving to the table.
My approach is honest, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I’m here to help you or your loved one build practical tools, make meaningful changes, and feel seen in the process.
